
José Báez was right on, when he said (in Spanish) that internet is not reliable to keep confidential information from reaching the public. As you can see on a PJM slide presentation, stakeholders think RPM is in the wrong direction to the end-state. Americans won't see that info as confidential in the USA, but here they will.
From now on, the GMH will reduce its free information on the end-state, because the case for future is pretty clear. Let work on the Reliability Demand Response Model to get to the end-state. The cry was at the right moment.
