Swedish eminent professor Ferdinand E. Banks has replied to my comment by saying among other things that: "Electricity deregulation as it has been practiced is an illogical fad. Jose Antonio Vanderhorst-Silverio is completely correct about the shortcomings of linear economics, but as for finding a new paradigm to get to what he calls "true" (electricity) market deregulation, well... "
