Eight months ago, I started the process which initially was through emails and that I have continuously done without rest. Today is the key date to learn if the majority of the risks on a new IPP contract will belong again to the Dominican government side. For the first time in the process, a Dominican newspaper, El Caribe, publishes an article of José Vanderhorst Silverio, sends to public at large the suggestion to renegotiate the contracts with a vision of future.
