Editorial of NYT: Promises, Promises

The New York Times has a very interesting Editorial on the WTO negotiation process. They summarize it like this: "For poor countries, the process of compromise on trade has
been a one-way street for more than half a century. It's time for the rich world to start doing a little compromising."
